What is Leeds33?
Leeds33 (our cultural education partnership) is here to advocate for cultural education for all young people in the city.
- We forge partnerships and networks so members can be more joined-up and work in a more informed and collaborative way.
- We promote the work our members and what they do for children and young people in Leeds.
- We look to be a collective voice, which can shout louder about what the value of creative and cultural learning to those who can listen and affect change.
- We celebrate all the amazing work that happens in our organisations, schools and neighbourhoods.
- We support the development of that work and share better practice in the city.

How We Incorporated Youth Voice into Our Rebrand
Our rebranding journey first started in the summer of last year, when we first started working with Buttercrumble (a local design studio) to rebrand LeedsCEP.

And suddenly it’s December! As we wind down towards the end of the year, it feels the right time to reflect on what has been achieved this year as a partnership! We have continued to strengthen work in our priority areas: Youth Voice, Skills and Progression, Advocacy and Comms, and Health and Wellbeing.
P.L.A.Y LEEDS 2023 Research Partnership Development Event
P.L.A.Y (Participation, Learning and Arts for Youth) is a one year youth-arts activity programme led by LEEDS 2023 in partnership with the University of Leeds Cultural Institute, supported by Arts Council England.
